1.How do I check the status of my order?

We dispatch Email & SMS reminders of the status of your order at various stages. Once your order is processed (Ready to ship) you will receive status updates via email & or SMS including your orders tracking details. A link in the email will connect you to the shipment and delivery status. Contact us with your order number if you face any issues, we'd be happy to help! 

 2.How will you deliver?

If you reside in India, rest assured we got you covered. We ship via DHL, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex, Delhivery and other reliable and high coverage logistics partners.

Thats over 15,000+ Pin codes all over India. In the unlikely case that you reside outside delivery service areas, we will ensure other methods such as via Land to get you your order. In case, your location is remote and unserviceable, we will refund your order in full, or examine the possibility of an alternate serviceable delivery address.

The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

 3.How are orders placed on HRMW.com delivered to me?

All orders placed on HellRaiser are dispatched through our affiliated courier services or through other courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL,ZEPO Couriers Etc.

4.Does HRMW.com deliver products outside India?

Yes, we ship world wide! Click on the International Orders link in the footer for more details.

5.How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

6.What is HRMW's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order upto 24 hours from placement of order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made within 7 business days or earlier.

7.Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Send us a message or email with the change of details and your order number. We will try to accommodate the request if the order is not yet processed for shipment. Once the order is processed for shipment no change can be made.

8.What is HRMW's 7 day Exchange Policy? How does it work?

HRMW’s 7 day exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on HRMW.com for size within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If the returned product does not pass our quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

Exchange policy does not apply to international orders.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. T-shirts must be packed in the original packaging box).
  2. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  3. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  5. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be borne by you. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
